At Velo Orange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear and components. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the uninstalled items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and small parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the components for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
